1️⃣  Entrance

1.1- Supply and planting of a shrub composition in the entrance flower bed to the garage.

2️⃣  Petanque Zone

2.1- Supply and installation of Petanque.

Includes:

• Supply and installation of a petanque based on Ecological wooden railway sleepers, measuring approximately 11 metres by 2.5 metres, as shown in the image. Using a single line of train timbers anchored to the ground with rods and plates. → €1204
• Filled with earth called stoneware to make the surface playing base of the petanque. → €258
• Extraction of the existing gravel in the parking area and placement in this area on a special anti-weed sheet. → €278
• The gravel will only go as far as the petanque, as we have proposed that the rest of the esplanade should be covered with a printed concrete base, as will be done in the car park area, which will be done by the company that will do the paving in the car park area.

2.2- Plant more bougainvillea in the wall to fill in the gaps.

2.3- Climbing plants on the wall.

3.1- Old staircase rockery.

4️⃣ Lawn area

We are going to work on the design in the lawn area to create some decorative gravel areas and plants. And some variety of hardy grass for the ping-pong and step area. We will also include a stone slab pathway connecting the two main wooden staircases.

As an alternative to grass we propose to reduce the space for grass to the minimum possible and to use a ground cover which is not from the grass family but which makes a green carpet and is very resistant to lack of watering → Lippia nodiflora
