👉 This budget does not include the work included in the first budget related to the installation of artificial turf.

👉 This quote does include moving the existing volcanic gravel to place it under the hedge that is to be planted, as it is in the way of the installation of the artificial turf. Moving this gravel is not included in the artificial turf quote.

1️⃣ ENTRANCE

General cleaning of the entrance area.

Remove the thick trunk of the Yucca that is closest to the house.

Remove the small dead tree.

2️⃣ IN THE MIDDLE

Prune the lemon tree. (81.15 €)

General cleaning of weeds and unwanted plants. (133.42 €)

Remove the existing wooden slabs. (122,82 €)

Transplant the existing Calla lilies in the corner, if possible, so that the roots are in a place where they can be removed without breaking them (there is a pipe that makes this difficult), to the area below. (47.10 €)

Place special weed-proof mesh and gravel in a layer approximately 10 cm thick. (2697.30 €)

3️⃣ BOTTOM ZONE

Supply and planting of a hedge in the area indicated in the image.

Two options are offered: Option A with Eugenia, Plant in a 10-litre pot and with an approximate height of 60 centimetres. Plant two units per linear metre. Total units: 88. (3156 €)

Option B with Oleander, Plant in a 25 litre pot and approximately 90 centimetres in height. Plant one plant per linear metre. Total units: 44. (2810 €)

Remove dead palm tree, cutting at ground level. (52.30 €)

Prune palm tree - Whasingtonia. (79 €)

Plant the transplanted calla lily from the middle area next to the existing one in the area below. Once the hedge has been planted, move the existing volcanic gravel under the hedge onto special weed-proof mesh.

Clean the flowerbeds of weeds, respecting the rose bushes and the existing rosemary. (58 €)

Install new drip irrigation tubes using the existing timer and solenoid valve. (440 €)

Remove the black plastic that is currently seeping through the fence.

Plant two mulberry trees to provide shade in the future. Size 18/20 cm trunk diameter (880 €)
