PRIOR CONSIDERATIONS

👉 The property owner has expressed the desire to renovate the garden by making significant changes, requesting the removal of existing plants, palm trees, trees, stumps, and grass to start with a blank slate for the construction of the new garden.

👉 For this reason, a design for a new garden was created, and in its version 2, it was accepted by the owner, so this estimate is based on the accepted design.

This estimate includes:

➡️ Starting from a garden where all existing plants, palm trees, trees, stumps, and grass have already been removed (works proposed in a separate estimate), this estimate includes the supply of all materials described in this document as well as their installation for the implementation of the new garden design.

1️⃣ Stump removal of the large pine root that was at the entrance with specialized machinery to leave the ground flat, allowing it to be covered with gravel in the future if desired.

2️⃣ Removal, including the roots, and disposal at a landfill of the Oleander hedges, the Olive tree, the Washingtonia palm tree, the Phoenix palm tree, the Chamaerops humilis palm tree, the red Prunus tree, the Privet tree in the pool corner, the Cyca palm tree, the Yucca palm tree, and some adjacent shrubs.
